PRESEASON WORKOUTS BEGIN MAR 7TH
Our team will begin preseason workouts on Monday, March 7th (7:30 - 8:30 pm) at IU Health Sports Performance located at 1402 Chase Court, Carmel, IN. This is specialized training that will focus on proper running biomechanics, injury prevention, deceleration/acceleration, warm-ups, etc. Training sessions are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday (7:30 - 8:30 pm).

TRYOUTS
The Mustangs are hosting TRYOUTS on Sunday, April 10th at 3 pm at IU Health Sports Performance located at 1402 Chase Court, Carmel, IN. This is a state-of-the-art indoor training facility with computerized timing just like the NFL combine. Tryouts are open to any player who is 18 years or older and interested in playing football for the Mustangs in 2011. Players should wear shorts and tennis shoes (NO cleats). Players will be tested in the following events: 40-yard dash, pro shuttle, bench press for repetition and vertical jump. Each player will receive a Mustang t-shirt.

ELITE MCFL

The Elite MCFL has finalized league schedules for 2011, and the Elite MCFL will feature 26 teams
split between the Western (12 teams) and Eastern (14 teams) Conferences. The league will
cover 8 states including WI, IN, KY, MI, OH, WV, PA and NY. Each league team will play a 10-
game schedule culminating with a 3-game playoff beginning in September. The winner of the
Western Conference will host the Eastern Conference Champion on September 24, 2011.

The Mustangs will open 2011 by hosting one of the all-time greatest teams in the country,
Racine Raiders on Saturday, June 18th. Racine returns to the Elite MCFL after leaving in 2003 to
pursue the dream of a National Championship in the The Other League. After realizing the grass
wasn't greener, Racine has joined forces with the Wisconsin Wolfpack and should be considered
one of the top contenders in the Western Conference of the Elite MCFL. The Mustangs are planning
a 4-team Jamboree at the end of May and two preseason games on June 4th and June 11th as the
Mustangs prepare for their 21st season.
