Cards 8, if you're referring to my statement about that forfeit not being the Blitz's fault. It technically was no ones fault. The officials did not show up for the game vs the Stallions. Therefore the Stallions decided not to travel back to make up the game. Thus resulting in a forfeit by the Stallions. Blitz win 28-0. It's a shame it happened that way, but that's the way the cookie crumbles I suppose.
A four years ago, the mfl had one team get home field advantage from a coin flip. That next year we installed a tie breaker based on point allowed hoping to not get to a coin flip again. The next year we had a team forfeit because they were going to play a game and loose big, and drop a playoff spot, so they decided to take a forfeit and only only lost by two points keeping their seating.
To prevent this from happening we voted to make forfeit count against a team on points allowed more then 2 to 0. We voted on 28 - 0 , an td and xp each quarter.
hence, the history behind 28-0.
Perfect, no. But an attempt to improve the league one step at a time.
