Indy Tornados Lineman, Eric Brim makes the jump to the Next Level...

The Indianapolis Tornados of the Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) is proud to announce that yet another one of their players has made the jump to the next level: Offensive lineman, Eric Brim, who has signed with the Cleveland Gladiators (AFL) in early February. Brim is another member of the Tornados to make the leap to the next level.

The GDFL's Indy Tornados has a knack for sending its players to the next level.

"We are definitely thrilled to see guys move on to the next level," said Tornados president Evan Triggs. "This is a testament to the caliber of players that play for the Indianapolis Tornados. We are one of the benchmark teams in the GDFL, and players can really get the exposure here that is going to help them get to the next level."

Brim has played professional indoor football for the Saginaw Sting (UIFL), where he started 13 games, contributed on the offensive and defensive line, and was a 1st Team All-Star for the 2011 season. The 6-foot-4, 300-pound lineman came to the Tornados in 2009 and after three successful seasons with the Indianapolis Tornados, ending the 2010 season as North American Football League (NAFL) All Star, Brim is progressing as a rising star.

Brim follows the lead of several other Tornados players who have found their way to the next level. Currently, wide receiver Brandon Williams is signed with the Marion Blue Racers (UIFL), both players have returned to the Tornados as their respective teams' seasons ended.

We’d like to wish Eric and Brandon the best of success in their endeavors as professional athletes. Go Tornados!

Congrats to my one time "NEMESIS"! We use to bang at practice especially in 2010, and loved being on Offense with you in 2011! Hopefully we can get a car load together and come check ya out.
