This is also true. The word on the street, though, is that the league will reform from the inside (more stringent rules and regulations) rather than breaking up. It is widely known that the IFL is among the best AA game in town, and a lot of teams would be stepping down to go into other leagues.
I have done some shopping and talking looking for a league. I have been very impressed with what I have seen with the IFL and I think that the league is moving in the right direction. I hope that they keep an open mind with a few seggestions that I know will be comming from a few squads, but I hope league is very successfull with what it has in its future.
I look forward to bringing a team to the IFL if they see fit, I would very much like to see our brand of football in the IFL.

I heard it from a realiable source that we could be 10 teams strong next season.So IFL big ups and on the move.Soon to be a very very deep league I hope.
All that i know is there is going to be more define rules at the beginning of the season rather than half way through and the officials may possibly be from a different organization. And not from peewee or high school. And as for problems the only ones that i can see is we are having to much fun. And we are not having enough problems to break up the league. How terrible of the IFL too act like this. There needs to be alot more drama more people hating each other i mean how are we suppose to be the same as every other league if we don't do this things to ruin what we have.
On another note i did here sometimes might not be back next year. Not do to problems with the league but problems with the teams themselves. I am not saying that the teams are having bad problems. I am just saying new ownerships and people moving on to new chapters in there life may be a factor in next years season but by no way is this a problem. People can live their lives. Yes i said it there is a life after football. I hate to admit it but its true.
i dont kno where anyone got that idea that teams are unhappy with the ifl. i see nothing wrong with the ifl. everyone in this league is out there to have fun and play football but to be competitive for a championship at the same time.
although, i do like the idea of getting rid of the mixed rules. anyone will tell you that having a set of rules will do a lot of good for this league.
the ifl is a good league to be in and the guys in it at the all star game kno what this game is about. i hope the rumors of this league goin under are not true. i sure as heck dont want to be movin to a different league.

Do not be worry about the league going under, that will not happen. The league is as strong as it has ever been, and is going to get stronger this year.
If you want some drama in the IFL just let us in, trust me Chickenhead 4000 and myself could create some rivalry and some drama. I will cut you where you stand 4.

Just to let everyone know that the IFL will be as strong as ever in '06. This is the time where everyone gets paranoid and thinks every team and or league will be folding or moving.
There will always be a certain degree of drama with a league. We went through our fare share this season. We tried to get rid of as much red tape and strict regulations with this league, because we wanted it to be fun for the players. A few things came up that were unexpected and we did our best to deal with those situations. Heck, not all the teams and players are happy with the NFL.
I haven't heard the specific rumors of teams leaving though. I do know a few teams have already applied for the 2006 season.
