The 2006 Crushstang Open Champion Columbus Generals played a total of five games or 150 minutes of football in 26 hours. The Generals ran the table and never suffered a loss. Their defense was dominant from the start with an imposing front five and extreme speed in the secondary no team had any success moving the ball against this iron curtain.



The 2006 Crushstang Open Runner Up of the Lima Warriors played in a total of 8 games or 240 minutes of football in 28 hours. The Warriors fell in the first round to the Darke County Warriors only to survive the late night and early morning games to make the long trip to the Championship round. This team showed tremendous heart and courage to play 8 games over the course of the tournament, only to mis a second championship game by 12 seconds.
