I would guess that a few do have some sort of general liability insurance; however, I would suggest that those who do may have some extremely limited coverage. If they do, it is likely to only cover the league where the league itself may be held liable and not cover the team or it's players/coaches/staff. For example, I would argue that a participant and/or spectator who is injured before, during, or after a game or team-related activity may hold the team AND possibly the league liable, as well as the individual and any other responsible party.
