A lot of the teams in the MFL are new so it's probably impossible to predict who will win the MFL but I'm really bored at work and I wanted to post a prediction for the fun of it:
Northern Division
1. MIAMI COUNTY BLITZ
- if they're anything like the old Huntington Bulldogs, they'll be really good.
2. GRANT COUNTY SCORPIONS
- the Scorpions continue to improve each year and have strong leadership
3. ADAMS COUNTY PATRIOTS
- from what I've heard the Patriots are getting some awesome talent from the fort wayne area this year.
4. RANDOLPH COUNTY COUGARS
- the Cougars have come a long way but still have a ways to go in this tough division.
5. WABASH COUNTY STING
- don't know anything about this team so I ranked them last.
Southern Division
1. DELAWARE COUNTY CHARGERS
- well, I play for the Chargers so I have to pick them to win.
2. WEST CENTRAL WILDCATS
- the Wildcats are defending champs but the Chargers have always played them close and the Chargers have added a lot of new talent.
3. CENTRAL INDIANA BEARS
- the Bears would probably have been a contender for the championship last year in the MFL but they have made a split and are probably a little weaker now.
4. INDIANAPOLIS DRAGONS
- even though they are new, they are well organized and could make a serious run. Apparently they don't have a QB though.
5. SOUTHERN INDIANA TITANS
- don't know anything about this team but I would guess they are struggling to recruit talent on the team when the SC Broncos are right next door.
I heard you ran into my brother-in-law a few weeks ago and he is interested in playing for the Patriots, along with some of his friends. Make sure you do everything you can to get him on your team because he will be one of your best players. He was all-state in high school and played at St. Francis before he dropped out. Keep him on the offensive side of the ball though, I don't want him sacking me...he is crazy.
I would pick the Dragons over the Bears. I played for the Bears last year and am now a part of the Sabers(obviously). I hate to talk bad about them, but WE have almost everyone coming to our side from last year, especially on the defensive side of the ball, including 1st team all MSFL defenders LB Justin Carter and CB Terry Moore. They will have a lot of work to do to perform as well as last year's Bears.

Can you say Starting Middle Linebacker. I'm turning Dusty loose on you, just cause your the guy that married his sister!!!!!!
He is a stud, I hope his work schedule doesn't interfere too badly.
How was the Honeymoon? Got any "good" pictures you wanna share with the class?
The honeymoon was awesome, way better than what we ever expected. We had our own inground pool right outside of our kitchen. It was 84 and sunny every day.
I'd be more scared of Dusty as an OLB. He is probably a little small for MLB. His friends are all good ballers too. I think one of them played at Taylor U. I wish they lived closer to Muncie.
Dan Z- Thanks for the vote of confidence. I think we will be pretty good, but I won't say we are the number one in the North. From what I hear everyone in the North got better last season. I just hope we do well, and win our share of games. Things are looking good for us so far. Maybe we'll see you in the playoffs.
As you know, I usually abstain from making any sort of picks this early- and this year is no exception.
I will say that most folks have the Dragons ranked too low, the Chargers too high and that there are strong rumors that at least one team will not make it to opening day.
Don't count out the Chargers, though- I heard they've got a ringer at QB ;)
Supa, it's way too early to be saying that a team won't make it to opening day...it's still only April. I bet a lot of teams haven't even started practicing yet.
I'm also always confused when you speak with such authority like "I will say that most folks have the Dragons ranked too low, the Chargers too high", when you couldn't possibly know who's on the rosters yet. But I guess you could say that the Chargers suck based on who will be playing QB this year
The MFL South Division will come down to the Dragons and the Bears. Everyone forgot about the Bears coach. He can recruit and coach. They had problems early, but their numbers have improved greatly. I wouldn't be surprised if they make it to the championship game. Don't let the split of the Bears mislead you. They have a great QB from Hamilton Southeastern. The Dragons will be very tough this year and they have football player’s not just guys wanting to play football. I’m sure Josh will make sure of that. The Dragons maybe a new team but they will play hard every Saturday and win some games. The Wildcats will be a good team but I wonder how far they will go. They have a good running back, but he is no game breaker. I don’t see the speed on defense. The Chargers are coming off a good season and we should expect the same this year. Their speed and talent will carry them. Titans have work to do. They are the wildcard.
My picks:
1.Bears
2.Dragons
3.Chargers
4.Wildcats
5.Titans
