Has anyone tried the chicken sausage from Sam's? Did you like them? I saw them, but there were about 12 to a pack--and that was too much commitment without some endorsement.
I tried the chicken sausage from SWM--Benetino's, I think--the Habanero and Montery Jack flavor. They were GREAT! Very juicy. But warning--they are HOT and spicy.

I got some chicken sausages from Costco, I think they were Creole or Cajun or something. They're OK, but too much of a thyme flavor for me. My husband thinks they're great.
