i am still in the stage of eating frozen dinners everynight because im too scared/lazy/ i dont know WHY im not using all these great recipes i have at my fingertips.
anyway, which brands do you guys like best?

I used the boxed stuff too but loaded with sodium and doesn't make for a great weekly weight loss
Right now I have a chicken dish cooking for the next two nights...
2 chicken breasts cubed
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can 98% FF cream of mushroom
oregano, basil blk pepper salt
a dash of locatelli grated cheese.
saute chicken in a sprayed pan with garlic
add the rest of the ingredients, stir, and let simmer for about 35 min...
1 cup is 6 points
I use a 1/2 rigatoni pasta 2 pts.
I've tried the whole wheat and hate it, so I use regular Barilla pasta/spagettti...
