I have the scale this morning, don't know what I did, I know i was on program all week, but sometimes my body does show a slight gain of maybe .02 or .06.
I'm as of right now, .08 to goal.... I know this is going to take me forever and ever to get it off.
I did exercise yesterday and drank a lot of water, and stuck to the foods on my journel that I plan in the morning...
I guess I should go step on my scale to see what this morning shows..
