Today is just one more day for me to do the same as I did yesterday, and the day will be good...


Aimee, the Strawberry WW smoothies are delish, i use 1 cont of WW yogart, the total is 2pts and filling.

JeanCat I'm so sorry to hear about your Mother, keep us posted OK, and you hang in there and take care of yourself and stay on track.....

Today I'm going to work on making sure I'm getting enough calories. My appetite has gotten a bit too small for my own good.

Jeez all this worry about my calories going too high and now I see it's the opposite. Pfft! How many weeks have I wished I had a smaller appetite? LOL

I also plan on not neglecting my exercise tonight even though I have a paper to write.

I'm on program with you today. I'm setting a small goal for myself this week. I want to walk on the treadmill at least 5 times. Even if I only make it 10-15 minutes each time, it's better than nothing. That's my plan.
