If you haven't tried out Aimee's lemon pie in her newest cookbook (the one that says new recipes), you need to try it. I'm not a huge lemon fan, but it looked good so I made it. It's absolutely delicious. I've made a lot of Aimee's recipes and although I've truly liked them all, I think this one is the best that I've tried so far. Aimee - if you are reading this, do you know if this would also work with other jello flavors, like maybe strawberry? Or does it only work with lemon? At any rate, everyone should try this yummy pie! Glad you like it Martha. :) I don't see why you couldn't use other flavors like strawberry. You could even probably throw some sliced strawberries on top. :)
