Upon the suggestion of some of you ladies - I added in eating some of my weeking 35 points - which I had never done before.
I LOST 2.6 POUNDS AT WEIGH IN TODAY!
Imagine that - eat more = lose more!
I varied my daily points and some days stuck to my target and on others (particularly Saturday nite) I added extra points. I noticed the scale go up a little on Sunday morning but by today WI day it was down.
Hi folks. It was hard for me to believe at first also because I always thought that flex points sounded too much like cheating. But I consistently lose better on the weeks that I eat my flex points. I do try to spread them around when I can, but last week I ate all 35 flex points in one Pizza and wings night, and I still lost 1.5 lbs. So go for it! You might be pleasantly surprised.
