Sue just a suggestion

if your weigh in is at 7pm stop all fluids by 2 in the afternoon, gives your body a chance to expel any fluids, as they weigh....

I like to go first thing in the morning on an empty stomach....

Remember any loss is a loss.... no matter what it is.

Ooooh, good idea! Thank you for that tip!!! I hate the 7pm weigh in time, but I guess I weighed in at 7pm last week, so it's all relative. I have 3 friends who had already joined WW and that's the meeting they attend, so I just went with them.
