I made a treat last night that I had kind of forgotten about. If you take a banana (I suggest a pretty ripe one) and freeze it until it is completely hard, you can make Banana "ice cream" out of it.
Just- freeze banana with peel, cut banana into pieces and cut off the peel (this is the easiest way I have found to get the peel off), and puree it until it becomes the consistency of ice cream.
I have had it with suger free Strawberry Preserves on it, or you could do sugar free cholate syrup. It's good by itself though. My 10 month old loves it too!
