one cup of tea and lots of water.
I use a 12 oz glass for water i have had 3 glasses so far.I do drink 1-2 even before i eat and first thing when i get up. I like the smaller glass, if i use a bigger one it seems to "sit"
I save that smoothie for the afternoon as a filler before dinner.. it works for me that way, am I addicted to the smoothies I sure am..

dinner don't know yet although I did cook up a pork loin in a pepper mix, might have that with my own brain storm brown rice mixture...
Granola with milk and fresh fruit and a coffee with milk. I eat the same stuff till I get fed up then change to a differant meal. I figure if I enjoyed it yesterday I will enjoy it tommorow.

I love the square mini Whole wheat Thomas, they are the same points as the the round mini bagels. Only difference is the calories and the the square one weighs a little more.
Its 9:30 I've been up since 6 and already hit the supermarket.
I'm now having boring WW yogart with 1 cup of
fiber 1 cereal mixed into it.
I over indulged with WW ice cream last nite, and my stomach is telling me how I goofed up.. i used 6 WFP on the stuff not worth it.. not the next day anyway..

This is something that I really need to work on. Right now, I only eat a 100 cal Thomes' English Muffin with ICBINB spray... 2 pts at the most for my breakfast. I have a problem using pts. in the morning..I want to save them for the day. I know this is not the smartest thing to do... I need to add some protein in, don't I??

Lunch was a ham and cheese wrap 3 pts and some fresh strawberries that i nibbled on reading a book on the beach and lots of water, and a bottle of
green tea.
I ate my breakfast and lunch at the same time.

the other with mozzerella cheese.

and now I need veggies which i plan to eat much of later tonight.
