Lipton Green Tea citrus or berry flavor has sodium in it

If anyone has a problem holding fluids because of sodium heads up Lipton has it on their nutrition label...

I try to stay away from sodium so I prefer TraderJoes Unsweetened Green and white tea with a hint of mint.

Re: Lipton Green Tea citrus or berry flavor has sodium in it

Jean Lipton has 70g per 1.6 bottle... or 1.9

Idon't remember the exact amount of tea in the bottle.

I don't think TJ's green tea has caffeine in it, I can't find any on the label anyplace.

Re: Lipton Green Tea citrus or berry flavor has sodium in it

Tobe,
Teas unless staed decafeinated or caffeine free do have caffeine in them. However the caffeine is a xanthine of a different name. For soem reason I am Alzheimer's with this name. Any way I bought the tea. I am very sensitive to teas and coffee stimulants. So I wll try it on a Friday or Sat. I will let you know. I believe it does have it in it because it does not say decaf or caf free.

Thanks
