Can anyone explain what this is? Someone mentioned it on a blog last night and since I do not subscribe to WW online, I wondered what it is. Can someone copy and paste it to this board without infringing on copyright? Thanks for your help. LouAnne
I do WW online. I can't post the link because I have to be logged on to see it. All it is is a little quiz that asks your age, current weight, goal weight and what kind of lifestyle you lead, i.e. sitting down a lot, on feet a lot etc. Then it gives you your point range for the week and flex points. I have to do it everytime I lose. Once I lose enough it will tell me to adjust my points to a new weekly total. That's all it is.
