On the list today for WI is:
so I am UP 2 pounds this week. Looking back its not a big surprise but I have to say still disappointing. However this is why you have to weigh in every week. I didnt think I gained at all maybe even lost. So thats how the pounds pile back on the big old DENIAL!!!
Im planning ahead this week. That was my downfall, no plans... :(

I don't know about this scheduled weigh in stuff. It seems like my body knows it is happening and packs on an extra pound. I've been down 4lbs all week yet sometime in the middle of last night I gained a pound.
Nonsense isn't it?
Journelling is so important, thats half the battle I think.. Think and Plan...
that 1 lb could just be some water weight, next week it will be off congrats on your 3 lb loss, thats a lot for a week....
Yeah call it a weight loss backlog LOL. I generally do that. I have 2-3 weeks where that scale will not budge or it goes up (gah), and then one morning I have to repeatedly rub my eyes because it will drop as much as 5lbs. Then I get to go back in to no movement LOL.
Don't fret Amanda- just celebrate the 3 pound loss. YAAAAY! Good work!
