And I ordered volumetrics. I will still do WW pints (flex)but maybe it has things in that I havent figured out yet. I think I know what to do in a diet..its doing it thats my bigger problem so the Beck solution is gonna help me there. I've bought 2 of Aimees books this week too so I'm done spending for a while.

I've seen it at Meijer (you probably don't have one of those in CA), Sam's Club carries it (so maybe Walmart does too), and then the traditional bookstores probably also carry it as well as amazon.com. You might even see how much it's going for on Ebay. Just an idea. :) I've seen it as cheap as $15 at Sam's. The suggested retail price is $25. Hope this helps. :)

I got it from Amazon $14.97 and with the 2 Volumetric books its free S&H. I dont have a Sams club near and a costco trip usually costs me $200 so I keep away.
