Hello friends,
We were evacuated from the park yesterday about mid afternoon. Everyone had to be out by 5 PM and we were well within the time frame. When we left the state officials had already starting setting up command posts in the parking lot of the park. They had huge fire hoses set up everywhere as they planned to try to save the structures there.
Tonight we heard that with a wind change tomorrow that the park and neighboring little town may be in line of complete destruction from the fire. Pray it does not happen.
My world will be a little topsy turvy for a few days until we get our thoughts together on what to do about our hosting job or should I say lack of hosting job. Have about 6 weeks that we need to be doing something.
Maybe we should just go back to the front and see if we can help there.
