I don't have weigh in results for last week or this week (Sarah I know you may not have weighed yet today, I'm just including you since you didn't send anything in last week).
Just a reminder, you can only miss 2 weigh ins and then I must remove you from the chart. I'm not trying to be mean, but I want to keep the chart up to date and not have a bunch of slashes down the page. I'll be getting the chart up to date tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday at the latest. If you'd like to stay on the chart, please send in your results even if you didn't weigh in or you gained. I need to hear something so I know that you still want to remain on the chart. If for some reason you sent your results in this past week and I missed them, I apologize, but I'll need you to post them again for me.
