I was unable to weigh in today. My mom-in-law had surg. and I just got home. I'll have to catch up next week. Everything went well for her, that's what matters!

I lost 4.6 pounds. Tobe is that the size of a small chicken? LOL

10 wks 25.4-- YAY, i got a little magnet for my refrigerator " I did it, i lost 25 lbs"

I really think my little challenges that i do, on the thread "just for today" plus daily exercise, no matter what, have helped. There are days i work 9 hrs,standing on my feet,i am tired, but i come home, relax for a little bit and decide how i am going to earn my AP's.
