Today I have a party to go to, but i'm bringing a chicken, shrimp and pasta dish,
safe for me.

Along with that I'll be bringing my one cup WW spoon, just to be safe.

I highly recommend this set of measuring spoons that can be found in WW meetings, I uese mine for everything that I put in my mouth..
They even serve a great purpose of using when you have company, nobody has a clue what they're for.

THey also have a long handle on them.
