Okay, I did something stupid, I put something in my mouth that I didn't know the points value!
Desperate question here....does anyone know the points value for a Costco non-fat frozen yogurt? I only ate half of it because I felt so guilty! The rest went in the trash can! Geeze I feel like a dork!
