I don't have too much going on today.

I will be heading in to the kitchen in a few to write my journel out for the day,
I do plan on keeping today and tomorrow lite days, as I have the scale on Tues.

I'm going to get a walk in today, I haven't exercised or walked very much this past week, time to move it.

Theres a park nearby where I used to live on the water, that was my place to walk everyday, so sometime today I am going there to walk the path along the bay, I usually stop and take a moment to watch a few swans and some ducks swimming around.

Talk about a peaceful place, thats it...

I am on program today for sure.

Been busy with real-life doings and work today. But not to busy to be OP all the way.
