Hi Tobe and everyone...actually I am posting as 146, which is the same as last week, and I am thrilled with it...because that was the week I had a huge planned splurge for Mother's Day...so to stay the same at the following weigh-in sounds pretty good to me. Take care, Maajida

Just wanted to thank all of you for the nice support. It's been an incredibly stressful few weeks, with aging parent issues and a dad experiencing dementia symptoms, and my house still totally torn up with a remodel...and yet, I am very aware that if I return to old destructive habits eating wise, that that will certainly not help. So I am staying strong, and not to gain during such times seems truly a miracle to me. Maajida
