I was officially down a pound this week. Unofficially I know I'm down more like 3 pounds. Ah well. I'll be out of town next week, so unless I can get to a meeting on either Monday or Thursday, I won't be weighing in again for 2 weeks.

Congrats to mom and Ben on your losses this week. Ben, that's awesome that you're over the 20 pounds lost mark now. Keep up the great job!
