Yes, you guessed it, it's have fun moving day! Go play ball with your kids, wash the car and have a water fight with the family, go for a family bike ride or hike, take the dog/s for a stroll through the neighbor hood or perhaps the beach! Have fun! I'm on my way to meet my workout partner at the gym. We'll be having fun together!

Ben and I went golfing along with Rick. We got plenty of exercise and sunshine. :) Hope everyone has a great weekend! You probably won't see me around here much during this week.
