Good moring from sunny south Florida. I'm off work today and its a great day to do something nice. I think its the beach or the waterpark.
I will be OP today which will be a challenge when we eat out but I will do it.
I've had indegestion feeling for 3 days and it could be a no fat diet which I think I havent been as strict with oil as I should so I'm eating all of that from now on..hope it ends soon.

Hope You find the source of that Lorraine, i rarely get indigestion.

Working today 12-9 ( grrrr, i do NOT like that shift) not during the summer anyway. The whole day is shot,but still a day to be On Program and planning.
