Hi Tobe,
My weight loss today was 3.6 lbs. I was very pleased since I didn't think I lost much at all. This also was the first meeting I've been to in years. I know I need the support of meetings but I also love the support I get here. Have a great day, it's beautiful here in Michigan today.
