Chuckling over your fried corn recipe

My great aunt always cooked her fresh corn this way except she used whole milk, margarine, thickening, and lots of black pepper. When I saw your recipe, it brought back great memories of my aunt's yummy but certainly not low-fat cooking! Thanks for the recipe, I am going to try it tonight!

Re: Chuckling over your fried corn recipe

LOL! Well actually our original family recipe also had all the high fat stuff. I didn't want to spend 10 points on a serving of it though, so I lightened it up. :) It's still good though (of course it's not QUITE the same as the high fat stuff but it's good). Let me know what you thought of it after you try it.

Re: Chuckling over your fried corn recipe

Hey Aimee, the corn was great! I didn't have any fresh corn so I used some frozen white corn and it was very good. Thanks for the recipe!

Re: Chuckling over your fried corn recipe

Glad you liked it. I've never made it with frozen corn. Sounds like it would be easier and less messy though. :)
