Hi, Tobe. you seem to be a day ahead of us- as far as I know, it's still only Tuesday. LOL. I had a 2.5 loss this week. I wish every one else a good weigh-in also. Cheers! LouAnne

I weighed in this morning at 10:30,instead of my usual time of 5:30. I could not go tonight so i went earlier.
I did eat my breakfast and drank one glass of water (16 oz)about 2 hrs before the weigh in.

Scale says i was down 1.4.

I just don't like changing my weigh in times.

You are so right LouAnne, I guess being away this weekend thru me off on days..
Right today is Tuesday LOL..

Tomorrow I'll post Wed.

I stayed the same still 3 lbs under goal, and thats ok with me.......... I want to hold this weight, so I guess weekly on my chart its going to be 0.

I was pleased with my WI today, and my meeting was very good..... a lot of great tips......

I am down 2lbs for a total of 20.5

Hi guys. No weigh in for me today. My daughter is having her Spring Program at preschool tonight. Maybe I'll have a good loss next week!

i LOST 1.5 lbs this week! Yay!

I missed the meeting last night therefore no weigh in numbers to report. I'm hoping for a real nice loss next week!
