It's point 1 or .1 as in a 10th. I'm not worried about it. I wish I would have had a better week, but I had some emotional eating in there from the boss ******* me off and never really recovered from it. Oh well, better days ahead. Thanks for checking Tobe. I appreciate it.

i lost -3.4 lbs this week!!!

(yep what I gained last week (3.2) and an extra .2!!)

My loss was 3.8# making me 1# from goal and since I am a lifetime member I do not have to pay now. Yipee! It has been 21 years since I have been a WW member and my how it has changed....for the good....I love it. Sorry If I already sent this message and it is a repeat.
