Well, the scales finally started moving again after 4-5 weeks. I decided to take some advice from you all and try some new foods and vary my workout routine. It worked and I'm happy to report that I have lost 2 lbs. from last week. That makes me down 42 lbs. since 1/24/07. WOOHOO
