Was busy yesterday and didn't get a chance to post but I wanted to let everone know that my first weigh-in after falling off the wagon and gaining 20 pounds was super. I lost 2.8 pounds. I was shocked. I had sneaked a peek at the scale on Tuesday and it looked like only .8. So Tuesday I drank extra water. Do you think this made the difference? I know that I did stay OP and only used 6 flex points so I knew that I should have lost. Regardless, I was thrilled with the scale. I have a mini goal of losing 10 pounds by August 1 so I have a great start! Have a great day everyone.
Congratulations Jill! I'm so happy for you! :) Yes, I think the water absolutely helped. I've been drinking A LOT more water than I was and I'm losing better. Keep up the great job!
