Boston Market

Last night I had an awesome salad from Boston Market..."Market Chopped Salad with Chicken", however I am having a hard time finding the nutritional values for it.

Has anyone had the salad and/or figured the points?

It was sooo good, I think I could become hooked!

Thanks for any info on it!

Re: Boston Market

hey Kim, the salad has 210 calories (no dressing) and the dressing has 360 cals (not sure if it comes in a pack but I think that's about a 1/4 cup dressing usually)

So made by the guys at Boston Market, it's 580 calories all together (less if you swapped the dressing or portioned out your own dressing!)

Re: Boston Market

Thanks for the info Mandee, it's more than I was able to find.

I'd like to know the rest of the values (Dietary Fiber & Fat) so I can figure the points for the salad.

I used only a few drops of their dressing...so I'm guessing it wasn't too bad. I hate eating anything that I don't know the points value for, but I was in a spot last night and tried to make the smartest choice.

Thanks again - any other info would be greatly appreciated!
