Exercise Tip for today June 19

Time for Results
Give an exercise routine 8-12 weeks to work for you. You will not have the physique of your dreams or reach your ultimate fitness goal in that time, but if you´re not seeing positive results and improvement with your routine, it´s time to try a different exercise plan.

Thank You LouAnne, i learn something new each day i post an exercise tip.
The background in the picture is what Aimee must have used her talent on, the white blur is my refrigerator, i sent her a pic before, but it was so tiny, then i took a 'bigger,yet skinnier' one and she did the rest.
