Maybe i am wrong but i consider a plateau, a place where you have weighed the same for weeks, or you lost .1 or .2, the scale really is not moving,but staying on OP.
Not sure that is what You are asking because i am not aware of your weekly weight loss total.
Anyway, everyone hits a plateau. i hit one when i was at 227.4 pounds and decided ENOUGH Is ENOUGH.
I know that is not what You mean though,just wanted to share.
If one have hit a plateau, shake up your OP day, eat a smaller breakfast, larger lunch, light dinner.
Eliminate snacks of any kind for a week.
Change your AP routine or add to it.
Try CORE.
Watch the sodium/sugar intake.
I guess what i am saying is, when you hit a plateu, it means whatever you was doing before is not working, so your body needs a shake up, so do things you normally dont do

Don't project not everyone hits a plateu.
I've been on WW for 9 full months now. and I didn't hit any plateu, I either lost, or stayed the same, I also had a slight gain from time to time...
