Are they days that anyone don't count points. I went 3 days already without Counting. I feel so bad.

If your doing Flex Linda, its the most important part of WW to count those points,

I've been doing core, and I still write everything down that I put in my mouth..

A chew here and chew there, can add up to hundreds of points in a day.
WW Leaders stress the journeling in just about every meeting.

so start fresh with a new journel and write...
remember your human and we're all not perfect.

I've counted evey morsel that went in my mouth sice feb 15th when I started. For me counting is one of the big things that make me have sucess. Even if you eat too much and you are going to write it down it makes you think twice.

I am guilty, especially if I miss weighing in, like I did this week. I haven't counted my points for most of the week. I haven't really splurged a lot and I have practice portion control for the most part, but I pretty much know I will have a gain this week. And I know what you are saying about the guilt because I regret it, but I know I can't beat myself up over it and will go to ww on Tues and accept my gain!
