I had a good week. Using my Beck Diet Solution as a way to reinforce the 'basics' with myself, and I am down 3 more pounds!

Current Stats:

307.5/216 /150

216 pounds might sound like a lot to a 'normie', but I have not been in the 2-teens for more than 20 years. I feel as light as a feather today, lol. I can't wait to see what 150 feels like. I may have to wear lead anklets to hold me down.
