I ordered it from the magazine and its hardback and exspensive but it all looks fantastic. I think for right now I want to carry on doing whats working but as I get closer to maintaince I need to re introduce my foods I used to eat and learn to cook and portion control with more fattening foods. My husband and kids love Italian even though were English German and Syrian desent. I love every kind of fool lol.. but Italian is a family favorite.
