On Program today Thurs 6/28

Rain due here today, hopefully I can get on the beach for a few before the wet hits.

Last nite I found myself snacking on more than 1 ice cream, I now have to be careful. I can see if I have 1 I want more.
I haven't gotten on the scale yet, but I will.

I feel like I'm getting cocky with my program, so therefore I have to turn this around and get in control of myself.

I did get some walking in yesterday along the waters edge at the beach, and I'll try to get it in again today if I land up there, if not I'll get myself to the park...

Yesterday I was in Walmart and banged into the owner of the curves I go to, she hasn't seen me at all this summer, and she was amazed at the weight I took off, she knew I was doing WW when I was there 3 times a wk exercising, but she didn't know I hit goal and went below it..
I know I can't blow the work I did, but I can see it beginning to happen.

Today I plan a perfect program day, no ice cream will touch my lips tonite. thats a vow I'm making to myself this mornng.

Just here to say that I will stay OP today. It may be difficult as I have friends coming over, but I will do it! Gotta go for a walk before friends arrive. Bye!

I'm OP today and going out this afternoon with the kids to build a bear and then to my girlfriends house.
I will journal everything and stay OP and have another good WW day.

Hi all, I am OP and will be going to ww meeting at 5:30 in hopes for a loss. I have not been eating all my points each day and I just don't see the scale creeping down. Hubby said cause the scale was broken...LOL I told him I wish

OP day, worked this morning. Came home took a nap, now making dinner. Shark steaks on the grill and some french fries( i dont feel like cooking)Did not do any AP yesterday, time to give it 100% tonight with some toning/weights.

Ps Steph K, it is a good idea to eat ALL your daily targeted points. When one does not eat the points, the body tends to hold on to what it has, same as not drinking all the water.


Feed the body and hydrate it.
