I messed up and wasn't going to admit it but I need to be accountable. I had a gain. = 1.5

thats ok Annie you did the right thing, and I know how it feels to have a gain. doesn't feel too good.

so now get back on the beam, and you'll be ok.

I gained .2 :(

I am so sad because I followed the program to a tee- I am wondering if I cheated myself on some of my choices - we ate out and the EXACT info wasn't available on the choices of food I had so I am wondering if I was really over on the points- I did the best I could to estimate what I thought it would be. But that was last week and this is a new week! I am DETERMINED to get those .2 pounds off and then some!

don't feel bad annie, i didn't mess up and i gained 1.6, i knew that 6.2 last week was to good to be true. congrats to those who lost, and i'm still op,although a little bummed, i got my 100 lb t shirt and couldn't wear it.

It's ok, the weight loss will be there next week. Cheryl, you'll wear your t-shirt soon. I know you will.
