I Op today and its a very hot day in south Florida.
Its also my dh 43rd birthday and were celebrating it on wednesday at the beach.
I went for my walk this morning again for 40 mins with the dog.
This kids are home so I'll be busy today and I'm working tonite.
I need to get into cooking some recipes that I have all the books for.

I'm OP today. Work as usual for me. :) My scale hasn't really moved much at all this week. I'm still going to go and get weighed in tomorrow (since Wed is a holiday and WW is closed). I don't expect a loss, but I'm guessing my body is adjusting from losing so much the last couple of weeks.
