I am going to try the Italian Chicken Rollups on the new recipes it sounds really good. I have a question it says at the bottom...Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. do you have to do that? Can you just prepare and cook? IF anyone knows please let me know! Thanks!

No, you don't have to. You can go ahead and bake them right after you roll them up if you'd like. I should have put (Optional) after that. I wrote it in case anyone wanted to make them up ahead of time, like if they had guests coming for dinner. I'll go make the change to the directions now. Thanks!
