Hi Tobe and Lorraine and all...I am so glad to see you posting the OP thread...it is such a source of comfort to be able to still have a place to come to make that daily committment. I am in trouble and need to re-commit to where I want to be on this journey. My goal wt. range is 132 to 138, and I am at 174...the result of many relapses as I've gone through some tough times lately...dad dying, change of therapists, etc., and I am very anxious to put a stop to the unhealthy direction my old emotional eating demons were leading me in, and it feels good to be able to have a place to come and say that without fear and to know that I am making a daily committment to continue in a more healthy direction.
