Met with a personal trainer at the church where I go to work out and now have a formal strength training routine. Heading over there after I drop my son at school and will work out with the weight machines and then take my spin class. Only after a few times (I think it is 4) I am starting to see more definition in my muscles, particularly my saggy triceps. Amazing.

Marilyn, i started off doing weights.strength training in March, every other day. I started using 2 pound weights, then 5 pounds , now i am using 8 pounds.
It is indeed amazing. The toning i can feel/see in my bi-ceps and tri-ceps. I could never do tri-cep dips.but now i can( i did not say i liked them, i just said i can do them )
Today is a cardio day for me since i did weights yesterday.
