A friend and i weigh the same amount, she wears a size 12 and i wear a size 10, the difference there is i exercise and she don't.

Can I include my WI from last week. Usually weigh on Thurs. but was on vacation over the weekend. I lost 2.5 which brings me to 39 since 3/31. I'm aiming for 40 by the end of the year but I just spent 5 days at my MIL's house with very little control over food. I'm sure the scale will be up when I get on tomorrow morning. I realised that I don't have control with things like cookies are around.
I"m glad that this message board is available. I can't believe how many times a day I checked the other one to see if it was working.
