Going to do some cardio today.

20-40 minutes of cardio after i do my 20 minute one mile walk

I did my 1 mile DVD walk with weights.
Man did I sweat. Have I told you how much I hate sweating. I'm a natural born sweater...

Did weight routine and 5:30am. spin class for cardio this morning

I did 5 miles in 50 minutes on the eliptical today and then did some weight training. I want to add more weight training in hopes of burning more calories! I just need more time in the day to do it! hehehe! Oh, and more energy would be nice too!
